Kako naručiti?

Svi proizvodi u Butižici su naše izrade.
Mogu se kupiti putem poruka na Instagramu, putem upita na našoj web stranici ili nas kontaktirajte direktno e-mailom ukoliko naručujete preko kataloga. Nakon narudžbe kupcu se dostavlja račun i uplata se vrši bankovnim transferom ili skeniranjem koda putem aplikacije za mobilno bankarstvo.

Kako se vrši dostava?

Proizvodi se mogu preuzeti osobno radnim danima u Selcima po najavi na adresi Selačkih isljenika 2, drugi kat ili ih možemo dostaviti poštom na vašu kućnu adresu uz doplatu poštarine ovisno o cijeni usluge dostavljača. Poštom dostavljamo samo na području Hrvatske.
Narudžbe šaljemo preporučeno putem Hrvatske pošte, a moguće je i putem GLS uz prethodno naplaćenu cijenu dostave.

Koliko je vrijeme isporuke?

Vrijeme isporuke ovisi o vrsti proizvoda, potrebnoj pripremi i trenutnoj gužvi te može iznositi nekoliko dana do nekoliko tjedana. Vrijeme dostave nije uključeno te se posebno treba uzeti u obzir pogotovo jer šaljemo s otoka koji imaju posebne uvjete prikupa.

Može li se vršiti povrat kupljenog proizvoda?

Nudimo povrat novca za sve proizvode koji su nam vraćeni u roku od 14 dana od datuma isporuke, isključujući sve troškove dostave ukoliko za to postoji opravdan razlog. Da biste zatražili povrat, obratite nam se putem elektroničke pošte.

How to order?

All products are made in our studio.
They can be purchased via messages on Instagram, or on our website, or contact us directly by e-mail if you order through the catalogue. After the order, the invoice is sent to the customer and the payment is made via bank transaction
or by scanning the code using a mobile banking application.

How the delivery is made?

Products can be picked up in person on weekdays in Selca by prior arrangement at the address Selačkih Iseljenika 2, second floor, or we can deliver them by mail to your home address for an additional shipping fee, depending on the carrier’s service rates. We ship only in Croatia. We send orders by registered mail via Hrvatska pošta, and it is also possible to send them via GLS with a pre-paid delivery fee.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on product type, time of preparation, and current demand, ranging from days to a few weeks. This does not include the time for the delivery service and must be taken into consideration
especially since we ship from islands that have special collection policy.

What is our return policy?

We offer a refund for all products returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, excluding all shipping costs if there is a valid reason for this. To request a refund, please contact us via email.
